Kevin Weaver is President, CEO, and Co-Founder of The Warrior’s Journey (TWJ). He is a military veteran of the U.S. Air Force and the father of two U.S. Army Veteran sons. With his personal experience serving in the military and as a parent of two combat arms veterans, Kevin has been recognized and sought-after resource on the topics of military resiliency and invisible wounds.

Kevin speaks regularly to veterans and active military units including command staff leadership, chaplains, and special operations commands. Under Kevin’s leadership, The Warrior’s Journey has grown into a premier Veterans Service Organization with special recognition from the Department of War, government legislators and the U.S. Army Chaplains Corp. The work of TWJ continues to break barriers dealing with suicide in the military community. 

The TWJ team has developed front line, boots on the ground “Warrior Connectors”, providing new and innovative holistic faith driven environments for military members, veterans, and their families living in hopelessness, leading to suicidal ideation. Through TWJ’s programs, services, and resources they are offering pragmatic solutions with unprecedented results. 

Kevin and his wife KyAnne have been married for 38 years, have three married sons 10 grandchildren.
