Ernie Bywater
Director of Project Management
Ernie is the Director of Project Management at The Warriors Journey and a US Air Force veteran 1982-1997. His experiences in the Air Force include avionics technician, Military Training Instructor and Tech lead supervisor. After their military service Ernie and his wife Carrie felt that the Lord was leading them to full time ministry, spending 17 years in pastoral ministry serving Northern Michigan. Ernie has a BA in pastoral ministry, from Southeastern University and a Master’s in organizational leadership from Evangel University.
Ernie and Carrie have three three children, their oldest son Josh is married to Brittney and works and resides in Springfield. Their youngest son Jacob is married to Jessie and lives in Schaumburg, IL. Their daughter Jenna lives in Rantoul, IL.
