Dr. Mark Flattery serves as the President of Network211.  He is a third generation missionary and he brings eight years of pastoral ministry and twenty-five years of missionary service to the leadership and visionary role in which he now serves. He earned a Doctor of Ministry from Fuller Theological Seminary and a Masters of Divinity from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.
