If this verse is not true and the earth started with a Big Bang, maybe it doesn’t really matter. Just live your time on this earth as you please and then it’s all over. Nothing more.
Conversely, if there is a God and He made our universe, it seems logical that we need to learn about our Creator. Who is He? What is He like? Why are we here? How can we please Him?
