And he trembling and astonished said, Lord, what will you have me to do? And the Lord said unto him, Arise, and go into the city, and it shall be told you what you must do. Acts 9:6 (KJV)

When reporting to a new organization, I always recommend that warriors at any ranks find out their commander’s intent. It just makes sense.

Up until this time in his life, Saul was traveling in the wrong direction. He had been leading the charge against Christians despite thinking he was doing the right thing.

Jesus finally had Saul’s full attention. Read the account in Acts 9:1-9. Knocked to the ground and blinded, Saul came to his senses and asked the right question: “Lord, what do you want me to do?”

Is it possible that you are heading in the wrong direction, or at least not following the correct path that God desires?

No problem. We all stray from God’s purposes at times. The priority is to get back on the right road. How? Do what Saul did. Ask God: “Lord what do you want me do?”

God is faithful. He will show you what you must do.
