In this episode, Ernie Bywater of The Warrior’s Journey welcomes back Jonathan and Mandi Windsor to talk about their painful journey through infertility, and how God has restored their hope in the midst of unanswered prayers.
Jonathan served in the US Army for 7 years and deployed to Iraq for 3 combat tours, at 12 months apiece. Mandi assisted him the best she could after he returned home from war; but months later, Jonathan was re-diagnosed with PTSD.
Together, God led them through a process of healing that battled against PTSD and eventually conquered it. They now have a strong desire to help those who struggle with PTSD and depression due to combat/trauma-related work fields and trauma-related events such as loss and infertility. They believe there is hope and healing to be found through the power of Jesus Christ.
